analysis, and drive proactive optimizations. The engagement included extended Hypercare for
business continuity, process automation, and module-level efficiency improvements. Provided AMS
support for global rollouts (GTL Phase-II, PEC Vietnam, CSN Plants), executed currency migration
(USD to EUR) for compliance, and automated the Used Car Process to enhance accuracy and tracking.

processing.
Scope of engagement:UKG Workforce Management AMS Support – DOT1 implemented a
centralized workforce management solution enabling automation, real-time insights, and streamlined
operations. The engagement enhanced adoption through redesigned interfaces, improved resource
allocation via predictive scheduling, strengthened governance with audit and role-based controls,
and ensured accurate, timely, and automated payroll processing.
