Scope of engagement:UKG/Kronos Workforce Management Implementation – DOT1 deployed
Kronos across all business units to unify workforce processes. Phase 1 covered 15 plants across
Airports, Rail, and other divisions (including 15 international airports and 140 sites); Phase 2
integrated Wilmar across 22 plants. The project introduced wage cost management, standardized
approvals, and achieved the first-ever merger of two Kronos instances in UKG history. DOT1
continues to support and optimize new sites, driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Sterlite Poweris a large power transmission company running SAP ECC, planning a
migration to SAP S/4 HANA RISE across four lines of business, including operations in Brazil. The
company required a seamless migration while maintaining integration with multiple peripheral
systems and minimizing operational downtime.
Scope of engagement:SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud Implementation and Migration –
Implemented S/4 HANA on private cloud, integrated all periphery systems across Indian and Brazilian
lines of business, optimized the SAP BOM, and managed migration of large volumes of transactional
and attachment data. Delivered seamless integration, archived non-transactional data with GCP in a
“switch on/off” mode, minimized downtime, and achieved go-live one month ahead of schedule.
APM Terminals, a key division of the Maersk Group, operates a global network of
ports and terminals, facilitating international trade and logistics with a strong emphasis on
safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Phase 1: India rollout streamlining workforce management processes including time tracking, leave
management, and compliance. Phase 2: Multi-country deployment across the Nordics, Costa Rica,
Bahrain, and Nigeria, tailored to regional regulations while maintaining a unified global
framework.
Leading Pharmaceutical Company, IndiaEstablished in 1984, the client set
up their laboratories with the vision of making medicines accessible to everyone. Starting with the
manufacture of active ingredients (APIs) for Ibuprofen and Methyldopa, they later expanded into
formulations. By 1988, they became India’s largest exporter of Ibuprofen API, with sales to the US,
Spain, Italy, and Japan, and in 1990 began exporting APIs for Norfloxacin and Ciprofloxacin to
Europe and the Far East—a first for an Indian pharmaceutical company.
Scope of engagement: Kronos Implementation and Support – Implementation of Kronos
Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Contract Workforce Management across multiple
