The project introduced wage cost management, standardized approvals, and achieved the first-ever merger of two Kronos instances in UKG history. Sterlite Poweris a large power transmission company running SAP ECC, planning a migration to SAP S/4 HANA RISE across four lines of business, including operations in Brazil. The company required a seamless migration while maintaining integration with multiple peripheral systems and minimizing operational downtime.
Scope of engagement:SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud Implementation and Migration – Implemented S/4 HANA on private cloud, integrated all periphery systems across Indian and Brazilian lines of business, optimized the SAP BOM, and managed migration of large volumes of transactional and attachment data.
